GPA en Inde - adoption / surrogacy in India - adoption

Histoire d'une petite puce née le 25 juillet 2008 d'une mère porteuse indienne (Gestation Par Autrui = GPA) et de parents japonnais ayant divorcés peu avant sa naissance. La mère bio ne veut plus adopter sa fille alors que le papa bio veut mais la loi indienne sur l'adoption ne permet cette "option" !!!
