CAF/family allowances

Ah l'administration ! ! ! donc à la CAF 1ère sem de juillet nous avons déposé notre demande de prime à l'adoption et nos alloc après nous être déplacés aux guichets pour connaitres les pièces à fournir. 3 semaines plus tard par courrier ils nous demandaient de leur fournir la trad du jugement en Inde (alors qu'il nous avait été dit qu'ils pouvaient le faire traduire de leur côté) et avec leur accord nous leur avons fourni l'attestation de l'OAA. Là au 1er sept nouvelle demande, ils veulent la copie de la CI de Trisha (pas dispo car elle est sur mon passeport) et copie de notre livret de famille pourquoi ne peuvent-ils pas regrouper leurs demandes ?!? grrr... !!! / Bah the administration!!! so, at the CAF(Family allowaces office) st week of July we registered our application to receive the adoption bonus and our family allowances after meeting one of the staff at the reception to know which document to supply. 3 weeks later by mail they asked us to supply them the translation (whereas we've been told that they have it translated on their side) of the judgment issued in India and with their agreement we supplied them the certificate of the French adoption agency. Now on the 1st Sept new demand, they want the copy of IC of Trisha (not available because she is on my passport) and copy of our family book why cannot they group their "demands"?!? Grrr!!!
