Elle me manque

Ma gd mère (je dirai plutôt ma maman car dès que je suis née elle s'est occupée de moi... elle m'a élévé...) m'a/nous a quitté si/trop soudainement dimanche 15 mai. J'ai tjs veçu avec elle même étant mariée et la le soir en rentrant ça fait bizarre de ne pas la voir qui nous attend, sa présence ma manque tant... (mon beau père, mon parrain puis maintenant ma gd mère/maman nous ont quitté au cours de ces 30 mois...)

pour expliquer à Trisha que son papi (abba) n'est plus de ce monde, elle pose des questions... Rohan lui est trop petit. Même pour moi ça fait bizarre de vivre ce deuil à distance sans vrai soutien moral ici puisque mon homme n'est toujours pas revenu... moral en berne, cafard, u grand sentiment de solitude... c'est le quotidien depuis le 26/12... ça ne contredit pas l'adage "c'est dans peine qu'on reconnait ses vrais amis" / To explain to Trisha that her grandpa (abba) is no more, she asks questions... Rohan is too small . Even for me to live this mourning from far away without true moral support here it is very difficult as my hubby is still in India... I feel so lonely... it doesn't contrdict the old proverv "this is in sad/difficult moment we know our true friends".

Ce que nous redoutions est arrivé / What we dreaded happened

et cette profonde tristesse face à la perte d'un être cher s'abat toujours comme un couperet... Je me sens mal de ne pouvoir être Inde pour soutenir mon mari et notre famille dans cette épreuve./ And this deep sadness when a dear one goes away always comes down as a chopper... I feel sick not to be able to be India to support my husband and our family during this period of mourning.

Noel pas très joyeux / X'mas not really merry

Repas de noel simple et court, entre nous juste pour attendre l'arrivée du Père Noel pour les enfants car nous les grands n'avions pas vraiment la tête à la fête compte tenu des tristes nouvelles familiales en Inde.../X'mas eve diner simple and short, amongst ourselves just to wait for Santa's delivery for our little darlings as for us adults we were not in the mood of partying in such sad familiy news from India...

Tourisme local avec Nanda / local sightseeing with Nanda

Visite en voiture à travers Angoulème, tour en voiture au travers de forête domanial de la Braconne, shopping, visite du château d'Otard à Cognac (dégustation de vin, cognac et Pineau), croisière fluviale sur un bout du fleuve "Charente", shopping à Ikea Bordeaux puis tour en voiture à Bordeau même, visite des grottes du Queroy (16), de nouveau visite d'angoulème mais à pieds pour mieux apprecier les fortifications/remparts, les petites rues étroites et pavées et l'architecture romane de notre cathédrale. A venir: journée de shopping, visite d'une fabrique d'une chocolatierie artisanale, peut être de notre musée du papier puis visite de la perle de l'angoumois le Château de la Rochefoucault, et un peu de sightseeing en bus à Paris. / Car ride through Angoulème, car ride through the state-owned forest of Braconne, visit of the castle of Otard in Cognac (tasting of wine, cognac and Pineau), river cruise on the river "Charente", shopping at Ikea Bordeaux then car ride through Bordeaux, visits caves of Queroy ( 16 ), again visit of angoulème but by foot for a better appreciation of the fortifications / ramparts, the narrow and paved lanes and the Romanic architecture of our cathedral. To come: day of shopping in the local "malls", visit of a factory of a craft(home-made) chocolatierie, may be of our local museum of the paper then the visit of the pearl of Angoumois the Castle of Rochefoucault, and little of sightseeing by bus in Paris.

Ma belle soeur arrive ce soir de Londres par Ryan Air à notre aéroport d'Angoulème-Cognac (à à peine 5 min de chez nous) où la ligne London "stansted" est ouverte depuis le 1er avril 2008. Elle va rester là pendant 2 semaines. Trisha est impatiente de revoir sa tante... / My sister-in-law arrives this evening fromLondon by Ryan Air at our airport of Angoulème-Cognac (hardly 5 min away from our home) where the line London " stansted " is opened since April 1st, 2008. She is going to stay here for 2 weeks. Trisha is impatient to see again her atthya...
