attente du NOC / waiting for NOC

Notre dossier a été envoyé au CARA (autorité centrale) le 11/02 et si tout se passe bien d'ici la fin Mars nous devrions avoir ce précieux NOC. / Our file has been sent to CARA (central athority) on 11th Feb and if everything goes allright by the end of March we should get the precious NOC.
